New Development - Blue Horizon

They didn't have the elevator installed; back in the day, I brought Eduardo, one of our agents, on his first tour to get to know the market and that new development. 

Then in February 2022, I was able to revisit it with clients from the States, and they loved it; now, on my latest visit this month of July 2022, I was very impressed with how far they have been doing and the news. 

The building is ready to move in and deliver; the condominiums come fully furnished and offer two pools, a concierge, and security service. The HOA includes water, electricity, an elevator, and a pool.

If you're interested in the rental business, you can rent your one-bedroom condo starting at 200 USD per night, a two-bedroom condo beginning at 350 USD per night, and a three-bedroom condo starting at 450 USD per night. 

The minimum size of the condominiums is 100 square meters.
